The warm feeling of oak flooring in its random widths (3"-7" is normal for us) and long lengths, is sought after in new house construction as well as old house renovations. In today's house construction where 3" strip flooring (actual 2¼" wide) is the norm, random width plank flooring can be used to complement any style of decor.
